| Delivery - Please note that currently we ship only to the UK and Ireland.

All products ordered after 2pm will be dispatched for next (working) day delivery, subject to stock availability.
Your order will normally be dispatched the same day if we receive it before 2pm, Monday to Friday, with the exception of UK public holidays.
Computer Systems:
Most New computers are built to order (2-5 business days) unless otherwise specified by the customer and are dispatched with Insured Courier.
The price is automatically calculated by our online system to take account of the weight and destination.
PLEASE NOTE:
* All services are next day but are not Guaranteed, are fully insured and are delivered by Couriers Which Must be signed for on delivery
Returns Policy:
Hardware products carry a 1 year warranty against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All Refunds will not include the postage.
If you wish to return a product you MUST e-mail us prior to sending it. you will be given an RMA number(Return Merchandise Authorisation)which must accompany any return. Please include the following details.
- Order Number (available online from your order history, will also be on the first email sent to you when you placed your order).
- Full Name and address.
- Email Address
When sent back to us, you must include a copy of your invoice (available online from your order history) and a covering note explaining the fault and what you may have done to resolve the problem so that we can deal with your RMA as efficiently as possible.
The product should be in its original packaging and all component parts included.
For custom built computers we do not accept any returns. In the unlikely event that the customer is unhappy with the product chosen, the management has the discretion to replace any products such as Graphics card, Sound card, CPU, etc. and to advise of the possible additions/reductions to the total cost. It is assumed that by choosing own configuration the customer knows that the product is made specially for him/her.

* Software that is not defective and open can not be returned under any circumstance.
* It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of return to us and make sure that it is well packaged.
* We recommend that you use recorded or special delivery as we can not be liable for any loss or damage in transit.
* Any returns that are returned for non-broken reasons (e.g. unwanted after cooling off period) may incur a charge of up to 15%.
* If returned goods are found non faulty, there will be a return fee of the carriage amount.
