| 1. PAYMENT:
Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Solo online via our secure payment system.
We also accept cheques, Paypal, and cash. There is no surcharge on whatever method you pay. Please contact us for alternative methods of payment.
2. PRICE:
All prices shown include VAT unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. The delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for the delivery tables.
3. GOODS:
All computers are tested thoroughly before dispatch. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the goods are tested within 48 hours after arrival. In the unlikely event they are found faulty, the fault has to be reported immediatelythrough our contact form.
The buyer must ensure that the goods purchased are compatible with his/her requirements.
The liability for errors and omissions will not be accepted and pictures are for illustration purposes only and might not correspond to the actual product.
If an item is not in stock, the customer is advised by email of possible alternatives.
For the custom built or configured computers we aim to build and dispatch them within 2-5 working days of placing the order, although the customer has the option to specify the building time according to his/her requirements. Although, all efforts are made, we can not accept any liability for any delay.
4. OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE:
All products displayed are invitation to treat. By placing an order the customer is making a offer that can be accepted or not when the order is processed.
5. WARRANTIES:
Warranty does not cover incompatibility/physical damage or incorrect installation of the item(s) by the customer.
Removal of warranty labels will immediately void the warranty.
The company can not accept any returns unless an RMA number been issued.
If you wish to return an item please write through our contact form with the detailed description of the item and fault, to be issued an RMA number.
Customers are responsible for any charge and insurance on returning and/or collecting items for RTB warranty or other Returns. Items must be securely packed.
We do not accept responsibility for any items damaged or lost in transit.
If the item returned is found to be working, the order is subject to 25% restocking fee.
Components and Peripherals are sold with 1 year RTB (Return To Base) warranty. In some circumstances, such as Printers, Monitors, Processors, etc, they will be supplied with manufacturer’s warranty.
Computer Systems are sold with 1 years RTB warranty. (1st year Parts and labour.)
6. TRADING REGULATIONS:
We are strictly adhering to the current legislation and are trading under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act), Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations and Data Protection Act 1994 (as amended). |
